Order Processing:
Orders will be shipped within three business days from receipt of the order.
Returns and Exchanges
Call Credit Department to request a Return Authorization Number. Packages without an RA Number will be refused. Write the RA Number plainly on the outside of the package. RA Numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Merchandise will not be accepted for credit after 30 days from the date of invoice. Full credit will only be given for manufacturer defects, all other returns will be given a credit less a 20% restocking fee, freight charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects.
Merchandise returned must be in the original packaging and wrapping to receive credit.
